Job Description

  • To manage the merchandise mix to maximize sales and profit of a division within our department store business and our fashion business.
  • To support the line manager to achieve the business plan for sales, GP, sell through and effective stock management. This can be at division, sub category and sku level.
  • Provide precise product master data
  • Allocate stock to stores following assortment plan: right products, right stores, right time
  • Coordinate with related dept. such as Operation, Marketing, E-commerce on product information
  • Other tasks assigned

Job Requirement

  • Relevant experience within the fashion field or a retail sector in operations and / or sales management.
  • Knowledge of Retail industry and merchandising management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail business and/or related field.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
  • Excellent in English communication
  • Possess advanced skill in Excel
