Job Description

Core Purpose of the Job: Responsible for managing end-to-end replenishment for inventory efficiency (effectiveness of inventory to balance customer demand and inventory).

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Monitor actual sales performance to plan and communicate as appropriate.
  • Maintain database accuracy to ensure the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Monitor historical sales, promotion impact and stock pipelining for on-time, in-full replenishment and minimize out-of-stock.
  • Be responsible for stock fulfillment for new store openings and store relayouts.
  • Coordinate with Planning and other departments to develop replenishment strategies.
  • Proactively manage stock gap and forecast errors to identify root cause and find solutions.
  • Analyse forecast accuracy, ensuring seasonal forecasts/builds are correctly applied in replenishment model (Including: merchandise strategies and assortment, seasonal/event promotions, never out of stock assortment, store capacity, visual merchandise guidelines).
  • Develop, implement and maintain weekly/ monthly reports to effectively monitor stock status and control stock KPIs.
  • Coordinate and track other relating functions’ execution to meet replenishment requests.
  • Other adhoc tasks requested by Line Manager.

Job Requirement

  • University graduate.
  • Proficient in English (business level).
  • Advanced Excel and computer skills.
  • Good logical reasoning.
  • Demonstrated strong ability to manage and analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and, through effective decision-making and planning, delivers superior business solutions.
  • Understand organizational structure, operating culture, effective work styles, and achieving results in a changing environment.
