- Apply VM direction to stores
- Photo Report Weekly. Take pictures of all areas in store and upload to Tele group
- VM Checklist daily
- Follow the memo for MNQ & Decoration wall
- Display new arrival following the direction
- Training to new staff VM basic
- Ensure the products are display correctly as the guideline
- Check and report the condition of VM tools, fixture, visual in store
- Renew display areas weekly
- Guide and direct store staff to execute and maintaint the store (detail list attached)
• 1-2 years in retail visual merchandising in similar lever
• Previous experience in a similar position a great plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline, willing to work out of office house if necessary
• Flexible and adaptive
• Strong time management and organizational skills
