Ecommerce Manager

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• Leading and managing company's E-Commerce and working with cross-functional teams and external parties to manage all aspects of E-Commerce business.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop and document all E-Commerce department functions, sub-functions, roles, and job descriptions
• Interview and make hiring decisions for the entire E-Commerce team
• Define and develop core processes of E-Commerce operations
• Making business plan, content strategy and development, promotion and campaigns, online marketing, merchandising, e-Commerce platform, customer service satisfaction.
• Will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the E-Commerce department of company with a significant online presence, to drive sales growth, conversion, and improvements in the customer experience.
• Work with each Brand management team to support brand performance on the E-Commerce platform.
• Work with Marketing Department to develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for E-Commerce.
• Manage stocks for Ecommerce, define suitable assortment for each Platform
• Lead teams to develop and implement strategic plan via Campaign Management & Onsite Merchandising Excellence to drive Clients performance in terms of business growth, brand activeness & brand penetration in E-commerce, ranking of brand within platform.
• Manage teams P&L, report activities and participate in periodic business reviews with Management Team
• Reaching prospective brands and communicate the business benefits to generate partnership opportunities.

Relevant Experience: Extensive experience (at least 3 years) in E-Commerce or related retail company, prefer fashion & sports category
