Marketplace Team Leader (Fashion)

Core Purpose of the Job: 

Main in charges of Sale & Margin for Marketplace included planning, executing, keep tracking & improving continuously.

Areas of Responsibility

• Contribute to the development of marketplace strategy, test, and support the subsequent implementation to ensure achievement of goals, sales target.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor day-to-day marketplace operations to ensure effective warehouse management, logistics, inventory and replenishment processes and activities
• Oversee operations, service level agreements through close cooperation with customer support center channel, logistics, distribution centers and transport service provider to improve customer experience and the cost performance
• Build processes, calendars to communicate merchandising plans to teams across the organization
• End-to-end platform management
• Develop online campaign including marketplace range planning, promotion, marketing and merchandising plan and coordinating execution
• Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders at each online platform
• Research and identify new platform opportunity

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 04 years of management experience in E-commerce field within Fashion Category: apparel, footwear etc.
• Experienced in marketplace platforms in Vietnam
• Experience in building new brands on marketplace would be an advantage
• Have a strong communication skills
• Have a strong negotiation skills
• Have analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Be very detailed-oriented
• Team player with a sense of team spirit
• Takes responsibility for solving problems
• Possess strong attention to details, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, has a positive attitude and is a team player.
