Training Specialist - Sports

1. Purpose of the Job: 

• Trainer(s) will make sure our teams develop their sales skills/soft skills and product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and represent brand in the best possible way

2. Areas of Responsibility:

• Work closely with D&L Brand Managers to determine training needs in term of soft skills (sales, negotiation, leadership…) and product knowledge both for store managers and team
• Design and execute training/orientation programs for store teams
• Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
• Coordinate, design and organize training sessions for products/brand for every new product lines
• Design test / program to follow up post training and re-train if needed
• Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services
• Act as a consultant to store staff for challenges they have on the job
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
• Other tasks assigned

• Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
• Good at English communication: oral, written and translation
• Master various sales training techniques (e.g. game, case studies, and role playing and group activities, online training)
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related training design tools
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Keen on learning new knowledge and skills
• Ability to motivate and excite employees
• Availability to travel and visit our stores, as needed
• Willing to travel to our dynamic stores for in-store coaching/training
